Marinda Swart - Owner 

Marinda Swart is an entrepreneur and businesswoman by profession. It is her passion for children that inspired her to open Let Them Grow Private Baby Day Care Centre. Marinda always knew what she wanted to give children and found it to be lacking in nursery schools when she looked for an appropriate place for her son. She loves children, and being able to develop their skills and nurture them at the age when they are most open to learning and new experiences is something she does very well and she enjoys doing it. With a passion and drive for life and the guidance of her inner child, Marinda set out to provide the best learning opportunities for children in a stimulating and fun environment. Being an eternal child herself, Marinda puts an emphasis on learning through play and as a result can proudly say she sends well-educated, well-rounded, happy children out into the world.

Nicola Del Mistro - Manager & Teacher 

"Nikki" is an Early Childhood Development teacher who qualified from the Professional Childcare College in 2003. She began working at the Let Them Grow Private Baby Day Care Centre in 2004. Nicola’s gentle nature and patience with children endears them to her. This relationship with the children as well as an excellent rapport with the parents ensures that there is always open and honest communication regarding the development of their little ones. Nicola is comfortable working with all age groups and is especially passionate about little ones requiring extra support and encouragement.

Lebogang Phiri - Nurse

"Lebo" is a qualified nurse with a particular passion for working with infants. It is this passion that led her to seek employment in a childcare environment rather than in a hospital. Nurse Lebo, as she is affectionately known, specializes in the birth to 9 month old age group. Health and safety in this age group is of utmost importance and having Nurse Lebo on the staff compliment truly enhances the type of care Let Them Grow is able to offer babies.
